
TALLEST HYBRID TIMBER BUILDING IN THE NETHERLANDS
HAUT will be the tallest timber building in the Netherlands and one of the tallest in the world. The residential tower has 21 floors and will be 73 meters high. The construction of this iconic building on the Amstel river started in November 2018 and is expected to be completed in early 2021.
The building will consist of 52 luxury apartments (11,000 m² GLA), 700 m² GLA commercial space and 58 parking spaces. In total, over 2500 metres of facade elements will be produced and installed. mbX offers a total concept from engineering to installation.
